This sale is for a Trimble R8 Model 3 Base and Rover Rover setup RTK with a TSC3 data collector. The Trimble R8 Model 3 does have an internal UHF radio and can be used as a RTK Base, RTK Rover. The radio is in the 450-470MHz range.

The Trimble TSC3 has Trimble Access 2015.21.
